Delete your SetSync account
You can delete your account directly in SetSync or contact support if you cannot access the app.
Delete your account in the app
- 1Open SetSync.
- 2Go to Account.
- 3Tap Delete account.
- 4Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Cannot access the app?
If you cannot access the app, email setsyncworkout@gmail.com and include the email address connected to your SetSync account.
For account security, we may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
If the email button does not open your email app, copy and paste the address manually.

Account deletion is designed to remove your Firebase Authentication account and associated SetSync workout data where possible. This includes the app data connected to your SetSync user ID.
Some information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups, security logs, or records where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational purposes.
